So I've told you about my wonderful, precious, amazing, best friend Stacey ( I love her, can you tell)
We are not just everyday life friends who talk and text all the time. ( all the time we have that is to text and talk ). Which is not much considering we have children and families whom we love dearly, and although I could absolutely spend all hours finding something to talk and laugh about with her, we have decided to keep it to a minimum so as to not interfere with daily life) hahaha!!!!
So anyway, that friend is also my freezer cooking buddy!! We have been doing this now for a while and at our last cook, we decided to make Pioneer Woman's Chicken Tortilla Soup.....
